The Valley Central Scholarship Council (VCSC) would like to thank you for your interest in the upcoming "Outdoor Craft Festival". We will be contracting pre-assigned exhibit space at $65.00 per space for all dealers displaying outdoors at Valley Central High School on October 16, 2021. Registration and payment of $65.00 can be accepted online at www.vcsc1964.com Outdoor Space is limited, therefore registration and payment should be sent as soon as possible, but not later than September 15th, 2021 (registration will close once full). Space assignments will be based on a first come first received basis utilizing the electronic registration date of the contract. All dealers will receive email confirmation of their reservations along with space location during the first week of October 2021.

COVID-19 precautions and rules may be required and will be provided as soon as they are available. This may impact spacing allowed for the event as well as capacity and hours.

Please, NO Flea Market type exhibits. We are asking that the majority of your business be hand crafted. We strive to keep this a hand crafted festival. YOU MUST BRING YOUR OWN TABLES, CHAIRS AND CANOPY FOR OUTSIDE EVENT.  All tables and chairs must have protective padding on legs to protect from any damage. YOU WILL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE.  YOU ARE RESPONSBILE FOR YOUR OWN SETUP AND BREAKDOWN SO PLAN ACCORDINGLY. Volunteers may be available to help unload from your car to your designated space in the morning only but that is not guaranteed AND they are not allowed to setup your space.

The outdoor space size is approximately 100 sq feet est at 10' x 10' (but may vary if needed) located along the sidewalk and grass areas.  Electric is not available at this time.Your display may not exceed your allotted space. The boundaries of your space will be marked. Please do not exceed your boundary lines.

Set up time begins at 7:30 AM. NO EARLY BIRDS. We ask that all exhibitors be in their spaces ready to exhibit by 9:45 AM and not to leave before the show closes at 3:00PM. Exhibit Space must be cleared by 5:00 PM no exceptions.

NO REFUNDS AFTER OCTOBER 1, 2021 unless VCSC cancels the event
